Paul will be based at the firm’s Margaret Street head office in London and brings over 25 years’ experience to the role, specialising in technical due diligence and development monitoring services.
He joins from Colliers where he was a director in the firm’s project monitoring team, having also spent time at JLL and King Sturge.

Paul has recently monitored several large BTR and private for sale residential developments, as well as managing the technical due diligence progress for institutional investors on projects throughout the UK and Europe.
At Savills, he will be part of the central London development monitoring team and tasked with growing this capability at both a national and international level.
